River Grove Therapy is a small, therapeutic practice offering high quality therapy services to individuals of all ages.

We established River Grove Therapy to provide a community resource for caring and attentive mental health care across the life span. 

Our passion is to connect with individuals seeking the transformative power of therapy, resiliency, and positive growth & change. By developing a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in compassion and kindness, our therapists create a safe and healing space for each client to explore insights, develop skills, process trauma, losses, and life transitions. We are truly honored by the opportunity to work with you as you share, grow, and change.
