Through EMDR, expressive arts, mindful movement, meditation, mindfulness, and evidence-based practices, I aim to establish a distinct therapeutic connection and provide the space for healing and growth.

I provide treatment to children, adolescents, and adults managing issues of anxiety, adjustment, trauma, loss, ADHD & autism.

I'm honored to lead an amazing team at River Grove Therapy as we support one another, learn & grow- and do amazing work for our clients & our community.

I established River Grove Therapy to meet the needs in our community, and I am passionate about creating an inclusive, safe place for all.

My training in EMDR, Play Therapy, Expressive Arts (Sand Tray & Art), and DBT, among other evidenced-based techniques, allows me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I aim to provide a welcoming space where your authentic self feels valued, open, and ready to embark on the healing journey. Rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, let me help you in fully embracing your life in the present moment. I am honored to serve as a helper in your journey towards healing and growth and look forward to supporting you in achieving your goals.

My approach to therapy is client-centered and strengths-based, empowering my clients to discover their inner resources and develop coping strategies to overcome challenges.  I integrate evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices to tailor treatment plans to meet the individual needs of my clients. I am passionate about social justice and am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where young people feel heard, valued, and supported.  I believe in the power of building trusting therapeutic relationships and collaboratively working towards positive change.
