Groups
Therapy groups offer a supportive environment where individuals can share experiences, gain insight, and develop healthier ways of coping with emotional challenges. Interacting with others who may face similar struggles can help us to know that we are not alone - with our challenges and struggles.
Group members can learn from one another’s perspectives, practice communication and interpersonal skills, and receive constructive feedback in a safe setting. Groups can also provide a sense of community and accountability that encourages personal growth. Groups can helpf us to build confidence, improve emotional awareness, and strengthen their ability to manage stress and relationships more effectively.
